This 9.84m² CargoCABIN (CC 4.1 x 2.4) features a unique 'shipping container' styling with an integrated/covered entry deck.
It is an ideal sleepout, guest room, games room or home office.
Being under 10m² it is a suitable backyard addition, it will generally not require Building consent, which makes them the ideal option for an owner build.
Note that the actual footprint for this building including the deck is 4.1m x 3.0m.
