This 9.98m² Town House Cabin features a unique modern design with a loft mezzanine offering additional storage or sleeping area.
Available in one unique size it is an ideal sleepout, studio, games room or home office.
If your cabin is under 10m² and with a maximum roof height under 3.5m, it is a suitable backyard addition that will generally not require Building consent, which makes them the ideal option for an owner build.
Note that the deck shown is optional and increases the cabin footprint to 4.0m x 4.2m.
